All orders are processed by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Gumroad collects payment, issues your receipt, and handles applicable sales tax and VAT. Your card details are entered on Gumroad's systems and are never received or stored by us. Gumroad's own terms apply to the payment transaction and are available at gumroad.com.
A digital product — a PDF file, delivered by download immediately after payment. No physical item is shipped. You will need a device capable of opening a PDF.
Where a product page states that a future volume or update is included, that material will be delivered to the same Gumroad library account used for the original purchase, at no additional charge. No date is guaranteed for unreleased material.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason or none. Email 10topdomundo@gmail.com from the address you ordered with and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. You are not required to give a reason, delete the files, or return anything.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is normally waived at the point you consent to instant download — but this does not affect the 7-day refund above, which we offer voluntarily and will honour regardless. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read, store and print the material for your own household use. You may print copies for yourself and for members of your own household.
You may not resell, sublicense, republish, upload to a file-sharing service, or distribute the files or substantial extracts from them, in whole or in part, whether or not for payment. You may not use the content to train a machine-learning model. Copyright remains with the author.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Where a launch or promotional price is advertised with an end date, that price ends on that date and the stated regular price applies afterwards. A price change never affects an order already placed, and you will never be charged twice for material described as included.
