Who is responsible

The short version

This site is a plain static page. It sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third-party servers. Visiting it does not create a record of you anywhere that we can see.

We only hold personal data if you buy something or ask for the free card pack, and in both cases the data is held in Gumroad, not by us directly.

Your hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We do not query or analyse them.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To deliver what you bought and handle refunds — performance of a contract.
• To send you the free card pack and occasional emails about new volumes or updates — your consent, given when you enter your address. There is an unsubscribe link in every email and one click is enough.
• To meet tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone for marketing, and we do not build profiles or run automated decision-making.

Who else processes it

• Gumroad, Inc. — payment processing, product delivery, email delivery, and merchant of record for tax. Gumroad is based in the United States and operates under its own privacy policy at gumroad.com.
• Netlify, Inc. — serves this page and keeps server logs.

Transfers outside the EEA are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses in those providers' terms.

How long it is kept

Purchase records for as long as tax law requires — generally ten years. Email subscribers until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Emails you send us until they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent at any time, or ask for your data in a portable format. Email 10topdomundo@gmail.com and we will respond within one month at the latest, usually much sooner.

You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In the Czech Republic that is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).

Children

This site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
